You should complete CSS first, then practice it by makings some cool websites and animation then only move to sass,

Remember only learning CSS and no practice will not work for longer.

you should learn CSS first because the CSS course covers all the basics and sass is kind of like an add on to CSS. it's like learning how to walk, then learning how to run
