Hi, the company I work for don't really uses any virtual catalog for distribuitors like me, as a side proyect I want to make a virtual catalog where people can choose products and when clicked it automatically adds them to a shoping cart.

I have experience in java and android development, but have 0 experience in web dev, I know the very basics of js, css & html but I want to know the process for creating and hosting a page like this and change the content depending on who is visiting the site. I really apreciate any help. Thank you!
