Im not sure but since the the image source you refer is local, did you upload your images.jpg to sololearn?

Otherwise you could upload it somewhere and then put the url of the image from there, i.e.
background-image:url("www.example.com/images.jpg")

Remember all web assets have to be online, your local image is not web accessible.
