Can anyone be generous enough to suggest me few python mini projects asap as I have never done any project before pls help meout

Easy scripts(no GUI): Simple chatbot, Calculator, Guess the number...

Suggest me some challenge or some unique projects coz my lecturer has asked us 120 students to do 120 unique projects and I 'm grateful for what all u suggested but they are quite common

Go to https://code-projects.org and try to find what you want there, I don't know how good you are in python, so choosing for yourself would be better! Good luck
