i just start to work as junior web developer in a start up company and totally stuck on the project,its PHP based project with payment option. help me who are experience developer.

Are you allowed to use WordPress? If so its a great way to learn and study the code. Install WordPress, install a theme and start modifying code to your needs. The plus side is you can use WooCommerce, a code plugin that turns any site into a store with just a few settings, again which you can also modify to your needs while gaining experience.
