E-hailing system

Question

I had build a code to calculate the income of e-hailing driver. Howecer i had face some problems related to the user error input, which the error input message that are supposed to showup when the user entered wrong input doesn't shows up sometimes. And i have no idea how can i do to return back and let the user to enter again if they had entered an wrong input?
