Which language should i lern first?

The objective of learning is to understand what you don't understand properly so... Why not start taking C++ seriously.

if you want to make a website i suggest to learn (PHP,CSS,HTML,)
and if you want to programme learn (c++,c#,Python, java,)

Point is, c (c++) is pretty hard+. If you want "friendly" language to begin with, try with Python, it's much easier than C++ and still, you can learn basic programming concepts with python ( I suggest you typing MIT 6.00CS on YouTube, watch them and you should get to understand where it is going and what you should do and learn...) Ofc, you can stick with C++ too, you won't make a mistake, but yeah, as @Hatsy Rei said: start taking it seriously (as you should any programming language :) ) GL and keep coding :)
