Such number whose last digit when moved to the fore position becomes half of the new number

Question

Write a code to deduce the smallest number x, such that when the last digit is moved to it fore position the resulting number is twice the original number x

Example x=25
Switch last digit y=52
52/25=2r2 very close but it doesn't meet the above criteria.
