Partition problem for Linux installation

Question

Trying to create "free space" by shrinking any volume but it only creates "unallocated space" in which linux not installing.

How can i make "free space"?

Risk of data loss.
If you want to erase the disc, try shred in cli or try the live version of Gparted.
