I need some help with functions

Question

Fout << how to type average function? <<endl;

Does anyone know how to type a name of separe function so that i would get answer in my txt file.i need to calculate average of four numbers .probably i am doing something wrong but dont realy know what .in input file everything seems fine .its just something with average function doesent work.
