No because of security issues they haven't this features and also this app is for learning.

As AJ stated, this app is primarily for learning. Although there is the code playground, it's primary use it to "test" your concepts of learning. To use any variation of files, you have to use an actual compiler. Unfortunately, you have to put all your code into main, or break it up into classes and so on.
