I need help! It's been almost 4.5.....

It's been almost 4.5 months since i started learning how to code or learn to code. But i am still confused at Css and javascript. How can I progress fast? And can i do this ? html,css,j.s,jquery,wordpress,PrestaShop,woo-commerce. (I just currently want to do freelancing.

Thanks martin. Just one more question do i have to practice photoshop too for mockups or not? I heard that there are now a days so much online tools for mockups like draw.io . Btw your answer helped me a lot. Can i ask in how much time did you learned these languages?
