I don't understand

Hello, so I started at sololearn about a week ago and I started learning c++, I've learned the basics like switch, booleans, variables etc but still I don't know what I can do with it I just don't understand :/

c++ and c are high level languages with quite a bit of low level language built in. They make a lot more sense if you actually know what is happening inside a cpu. The low level functionality makes them more versitile but more complex to learn. What can you do with C++? Darn near anything but it takes time to learn how to do it.

I want to ask why do you want to learn c++? do you have a goal in mind? html is a markup language. it just creates Web pages. c++ is a language that is used to create programs that do tasks.
