How to optimise sorting of data from list of list in c++

Hello

Please suggest best optimised value to have sorted data from list of list..

Note that data within each sub list is sorted. Additionally sub lists are also added to main list such that it's first elements are sorted with respect to main list.

Sample code is as below and looking for your suggestions to optimise the same:
