If you are interested in developing web apps then its very good, see one thing programming world is just like a normal world where languages are like tools just like for building a table we need hammer, saw etc...now you can relate!!!

If you love high level language and like things to be done in less lines of code then Ruby is 💎.
Its very much like python which is great.

Ruby is a great language but it's mostly used on the rails framework and is limited to websites mostly front end work.

Some people love it others hate it its only a matter of preference.
