How do I create a Web Application?

I am new to programming & I must say I am learning a great deal from Sololearn.
I would like to create a web application after some experience. What tools should I use? Who has created one here?? Thanks

learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript first... (learn in order)..... then you can go for php and sql...
