It is easier to go for Unreal Engine when it comes to C++, but as Manual said, it depends on the game being made.

You shouldn't really choose an engine based solely on the language. You should do some research on the internet if you are serious about it.

Also, if you haven't made any games before, start with 2D games. Learn to walk before learning to run.

Unreal engine mostly uses C++ (I think), so probably that. Unity mostly uses C# (again I think).
