Is there a function to save periods? like LG[5,0) how should I save this?

Try thinking about period as a range.
More specificly in Python:
LG = tuple(range(5, 0, -1))
print(LG)
# (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
print(3 in LG)
# True
print(7 in LG)
# False

But it works only with integers.
