Random in c#??

Question

Can soneone explain me the usage of random and "".rnd? I got really confused when i got than in a quiz and always mess up the output. How does it work?

The way random works is confusing.

Rnd.next gives you a new value
The minimum is inclusivr
The maximum is exclusive
