Creating a dice game

Question

Hy guys who can help me create a dice game ! I am having a hard time thank you.
This game allows two players to throw two dices at a time. If one player gets an even when the outcome of the two dices are added then they get 10 additional points added to there total . Elif if the addition of the two dices are an odd number 5 points are deducted from their total points . The players have five rounds each . Else if the the number on the two dices are equal then they the player gets to play another round.
The game only allows users that have the right login details to play the game .

I could try, if you need it in java but I have a little knowledge in python..
