Why are my quizzes in quiz factory always pending?

my submitted questions are pending from a week or more.

I have 50+ question in pending for a month they neither get declined to change something nor get approved.
But for C# respond is fast so I think they are mainly focussing on C# now.

Well, it takes some time to check lots of questions sent by lots of Sololearners. A question I submitted is in pending state from 3 weeks. We have to wait!
