In-app Sounds Keep Playing After turned off

Question

I went into settings and turned off the sound, but I keep getting that bell noise when I answer a question.

Does anyone know why it isn’t working properly? I can’t use the app with these noises unfortunately.

Try again and set sound off. Also go in push notifications and activity in setting and off all unnecessary notification according to your needs. And check ☑ again it's supposed to stop sound as on my side it's working correctly.
