I just finish the c++ course and there was no mention of struct and preprocessor is it not an important topic in cpp

They are important topics. You should learn them from C tutorial of sololearn as c++ is a version of c.
The PREPROCESSOR and STRUCT are included in C from there you can clear your concept.
