Program which "communicate" with user without GUI (graphical user interface).these programss start and end their lives in console (cmd.exe in windows or bash in linux). console or CLI (command line interpreter) is black window program where you type commands by hand (dir,ls or cd) and you can not use mouse or press some button.have a nice day;-)
