How to write code for a FAMILY TREE?

When it displays:

1) draws a circle (and you (user) can add a photo there, or at least name, surname and some other data.)

2) And from this circle - on the sides you (user) can add (at least) two more circles for parents.

And how to make it so that the USER CAN ADD new members (and info about them) ?
