How can I make a simple messenger to easily keep in touch with my friends?? Please help me.

I have a company . It was made by three of my friends including me. So we need a private messenger to discuss about our goal, future plans, customer service, etc. from our own home. That's why we need a good private messenger. Please help me. I'm waiting for your reply. Thanks

Look at forums, cms, blogs: there are solutions easy to host/install for a quick deployement of such functionnalities ( I guess you want handle privacy, so you need a system of registering / authentificate users, and database management ) in a more useful way than developing it, even with frameworks ;)
