Question

Can anyone tell test case 3&5 of military time code coach.
My code passed 3 test but failed in two.
Can anyone tell what are these test?
And also 3rd test of 'no numerals'.

You may be having an issue with a leading zero. For example, the test cases are expecting all the hour values to have two places so: 01:30 not 1:30
00:15 not 0:15
Etc
Just a guess as you haven't posted you code.
