Does anyone have an idea how to convert FM transistor chip to 2 way radio?

I have a device with an FM transistor, but I think it can be tricked into behaving as a transmitter instead of receiver.

Your question does not contain enough information to be of real help.

Some comments. There is an approximate power ratio of 10:1 between Tx and Rx. So even if you could trick your sw, the hardware may not be up to it.
