html and css are not that hard, js kinda but u can go for php without knowing js but if u r going for web dev u should learn js even if u r going for back-end it will help u some day and its good to know =D

Don't need to know any language but knowing html and CSS would be awesome

You can learn basics fast but to aquire intermediate/advanced skills, it takes couple of years of constant hard work.
