How to search for a word ????

how to search or check for a word weather it exists or not.

I know the 'find' function but how to search for a word or check weather the word exist or not and if it exists it will return the word itself .......

Do you mean by exists that it has to be a proper english word? Or do you just want to find a string inside another string?
