What should i learn first i am a complete beginner but i still know about html and css.Except these two i want to learn python.

To start out, you should probably take the Python course here, and then complete some beginner projects, such as guessing games, flipping coins, and so on. I've found that Automate the Boring Stuff With Python(you can read it for free at https://automatetheboringstuff.com) is useful, and you can also check out Python Crash Course if you want to.

ANYSANE HERE, I don't know a lot about PowerShell, but it's because I don't use Atom, which the book is telling you to download. I suggest following the instructions to download Atom first, and if you have trouble with PowerShell, Google how to use it or look through the book's appendix.

ANYSANE HERE powershell is not what you should be afraid of, it is built-in in any pc on earth, some system call it terminal but windows pc call it powershell or you can use cmd (command prompt) both of which does the same thing in windows,

Powershell is not just for python alone, you can use to run many other programming languages, like Ruby, Java etc.

Another thing is you don't need to know every thing about powershell, just the basics you need to get started..
