Changing IDE and compiler from Turbo c++ to real or more software oriented programming

Question

I have learned c++ using Turbo c++ at school and learned till basics of classes and objects. Is there any best or more closely related Turbo c++ IDE in terms of syntax and I to make .exe programs or executable programs with ease?

Also similar syntax needed.
