How do i turn off automatic bracket closing on the app?

its annoying while im trying to do some code, like cmon its slow as hell to have to tap after the close bracket and delete it because adding in your own close bracket just makes another close bracket and doesnt actually replace the preexisting close bracket

Why do you need to add another closing paren or bracket manually? It's semi-automatic().

Opening a paren/bracket character inserts a matching character. You just type your code within.
Unless, you need to type lots of brackets in an unbalanced fasion. In that case use an external text editor then paste in here.
