Stop buttons from moving when selected ?

Question

I was making a tic tac toe game and my game is under development... the problem faced by me is that when a button is tapped or clicked it moves slightly downside ...so plz help me in making the buttons fixed also when clicked .

I have no idea why this is happening but try this:
1. Try running this on an actually code editor like Brackets or Notepad++

2. Try loading the HTML first by putting the script
after the HTML

I made a fix to it ,makes it load faster but not your problem

Cam i have tried it on vs code ...but the same was there also .thanks for your help 😊 can i do it by divs instead of buttons
