HTML: <head></head>

I know that’s the <body> tag is for all visual-structural elements like heading, paragraphs, lists, quotes, links, etc. And, the <head> tag is for non-visual elements, but I’m not sure I understand what what means. Can you give me an example of a non-visual element for the <head> tag, please?

The <head> is the section most important, because you can nest CSS styles, the most easy way to be finded in Google, it have the language of your website and have the rights and information about your website.
