Why is my RuntimeComparer not working??

This code should compare the runtime of the two functions, but the result is different every time you run it!! Before the last changes it worked

michal Yeah I know but that does not interest me... In the cases Runtime is long enough it also does show different values

Maybe the code takes too much time to execute. It sometimes doesn't show Time limit exceeded properly.
