Can't view python

Question

I just downloaded python on my laptop and ran some codes and it came up as what I see in sololearn. They said python is used for making apps but I only see codes instead of the app itself, is there a way I can view it like how they view CSS.

Yes, tkinter is used for creating desktop applications. kivy is used for both mobile and desktop applications

You have to learn some additional libraries to make app in addition to python
