How to create github?

What's the purpose? I am confused about repository 🙄

Git is for version management, not limited to programming files.

GitHub is a website for storing codes on the cloud, and retrieving them with version management.

Each project at GitHub is called a repository (not respiratory, which means breathing), you can consider a repository like a project folder in your local computer.
