Edit: the question asks the minimum cost of all possible lists given by user but I am not able to find the solution for all possible lists what I am able to do is to give the minimum cost for given list please help me to find the way I can modify my program so that it gives solution for all possible list not only one list

You can input and check I also dont know the parameters. by the way it doesn't work for the initial condition even so please tell me the algorithm on which you made the code but will tried

I think algorithm is sum of (give-take)
