Artificial intelligence. Basically, the mind of robots.

It's not very new, infact it's a pretty old concept.

However we've come a long way, and are achieving greater and greater feats.

Giving machines a mind to think itself is AI. Like in programming we put conditional statements like if else, loops, all give program a way to think when to do what!
AI is this and development is going on to the extent where it can develop itself and destroy humanity like Terminator Genesis or RA One (Indian movie).
