How to get Front-end first job offer (from "0" to junior with a permanent contract)

I'd like to understand logical steps to achieve Front-end. What particular skills i have to get? I mean - now i'm learning HTML5. Next one - CSS.
What's the next?
I just don't want to waste my time to learn everything.

I mean I need to know consistant steps of learning skills. What's the 1st, 2nd, ...?
