What should i do?

I have a very nice basic skill on html and css. Should i stay until i become mega perfect in them or move to javascript and improve my html and css side by side?

I moved to js ,tho I have a very little knowledge in html and css but because JavaScript gives you the ability to manipulate things ,you can learn css and html side by side according to what you need,they aren't that difficult

Repetition will make you master try to build small small webpages with the knowledge you learned.
Yeah good idea you can do html css side by side with JS.
