Why does NetBeans not working?

I just installed netbeans and when I want to load a JFrame it doesn't load the interface, it just says "Loading"

Why?

What should I do?

try reinstalling if possible.

Or try to copy the error mesage and Google them

or post it here we can figure it out!

I would love to, but nowhere does it say "error", I don't know why, but it is so

only the interface appears to me and says "loading" on top of it, I can't put anything on it, I already tried several times.
