Does anyone know the game pixel worlds or growtopia

Question

I want to make a game like that but i have 3 problems
1.I cant seem to generate the worlds
2.I dont know how to have Moderators and Admin access so admins can use others stuff
3.Locks in the games.

If you dont know what those games are search them up and you can easily see what i mean
