i created notepad and I can't UNDO and REDO greater than 2 can someone give me an idea for UNDO and REDO

If you mean you created a notepad by code than I would use a stack.
One stack for redo and one for undo.

Try IntelliJ, NetBeans IDE or Eclipse.
If you are looking for a very lightweight alternative to notepad. Try Notepad++
