Is it very tough to work as freelancer in upwork,freelancer.in, fiverr at the beginning ?

My one friend told me that there are many fraud job provider in the above mention websites. They don't pay money to the workers. Is it right? If you work as freelancer then please share your experience.

Jyotirmoy Mahata No it's not tough but there maybe so many fraud job provider so you have to be careful. I would suggest before taking any project take advance. Or you can do one more thing don't hand over project after completing before paying some amount.
