Problems with Google Play Services

I'm getting error message 'Google Play Services not available' every time I try to access some features.. Any idea how could I solve this? I have Google Play Services installed and updated...

Problem solved!! Just cleared de cache and data from Google Play Services and Google Play Store... Forced closure of Sololearn, started it again and done...!

Try using vpn.
