Download Console Application?

Question

I download Microsoft Blend for Visual Studio, I'm not sure if it's the right one because to continue with the lesson I'm needing the console application which is supposed to be free content included but I don't have it. ok my questions are did I download the wrong VS and if not how can I download and add the console application to it??? thank you for your time.

so I guess I better uninstall this one as fast as possible and download the one I need.
