Problem with challenges 😢

Maybe it's just my phone but does it happen to you that you answer a question right and it freezes? That happends to me a lot and I need to close the app, when I go back to thr challenge I have the question marked as wrong 😭😭 so I end up loosing like 30 or more points😢 I am the only one with this problem?

no u r not the solo victim to this ... even I have lost a number of challenges coz of dis damn stupid reason

If it freezes turn the data off it will show no internet ,then press the back (don't directly close the app)you won't lose point and play again when network is good.

Finally, someone with the same problem as me. This 'question marked wrong' thing happens due to Network Error (occured to me) or Sololearn Error (occured to both of us). One not fine day, these errors played with me. I won 10 challenges and gained 10 XP, lost 6 challenges and gained -192 XP. Sololearn should correct this!!!

Yeah, why is it set up like this? When I challenge someone with the same experience as me an win, say, 5-3, I only get like 6 xp. But if I lose 3-5 against the same person, I lose like 30! I had a marathon against one person, and only lost one round. I won about 8. I gained about 14 from the 8 I won. From the 1 that I lost, 4-5, I lost 29 xp. Against the same person! This isn't right!
And I see that I didn't address your question. I, too have had this problem before. It doesn't load for whatever reason, then you lose on simple questions. I hope it gets fixed.

How long did you wait? I have freezes from time to time, but I'm just waiting in such moments even for few minutes. And eventually a challenge continues and a correct answer does not get lost

It is frustrating because I play most of the times for less than five points if I win 😣

don't worry, it is happening to many of us. maybe developer will fix it soon. it is a game primarily :-)

just tried some javaScript challenges. some had bitwise operators in them like what is the value of x >>>= y, kinda hard to do in your head in like 20 secs?

oh so this is network problem, I thought questions are poorly set.
me too get some right answers wrong..and yeah my network is most of the time bad.
