Best Programming Language for Developing a Social Media App

Question

I have an idea for a social media application and would like to know where to start with learning how to develop the platform. My career is in graphic design, with some fundamental html experience, so I can design and build the look and feel, just not the social platform and data management aspect. Any tips would be much appreciated!

In think you should start learning java along with css, javascript, c++ only html couldn't fulfill your requirements and
Install Android Studio and get familiar with it's environment.
